On-Ramp Program Beginning June 8

The purpose of our On-Ramp program is to create a non-intimidating environment for beginner CrossFit athletes to learn each basic movement found in typical CrossFit workouts. You will also learn more about health and wellness, in general, and how we integrate CrossFit to achieve and surpass all your fitness goals.

Beginning June 8, the On-Ramp Program will be required for all first-time CrossFitters.

New to CrossFit?

Come join one of our Fundamentals classes Saturdays at 11am, which cater more to beginner CrossFitters. During this class we will go into more depth around the foundational movements found in CrossFit. This class is recommended but not required for beginners.

Open 7 Days a Week

Our group classes are an hour long, and consist of a dynamic warm-up, strength or skill work, daily workout (or "WOD"), and mobility. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class, and 5 minutes early to each class after.

Monday-Friday: 5:30am, 8am, 9am, 11am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Saturday: 9am, 10am, 11am (Fundamentals), 12pm

Sunday: 12pm - 2pm open gym
